Yahya Ali has been excellent in providing a tailored set of sessions that has enabled me to go from constant pain due to an injury to being able get back to weight training. Fully recommend Bodyset and specifically Yahya.
HIGHLY recommend Elmer Rodrigues if you are in need of a physio - he's the best! He helped me rehab my foot after a very rough break and got me back to hiking and running. He'll sort you out and you'll have fun doing it
Just wanted to say massive thanks to Bodyset and particularly to Yahya Ali who helped me overcome a torn hamstring injury through his physio sessions. Yahya is very attentive, detailed and overall a brilliant Physiotherapist. He did not just help me heal and recover quickly but also went beyond and helped me strengthen my injured area to prevent any further reoccurrence, as a very good physio like himself should do. Yahya has been great to provide guidance on treating my knee and ankle. He provided adjustments during the sessions to cater to my individual abilities and needs. Nearing a full recovery!
Yahya is a fantastic physio with practical advice and exacting standards. I like the fact he pushes me a bit in our sessions to get the best outcome. As a result the knee is feeling much better and hopefully fulfil the aim of running again soon. Would highly recommend him.
