Awful service, didn't turn up to the second appointment, and then sent my insurance company /solicitors an invoice a few months later for several sessions that never happened. Raised a complaint with this on the questionnaire I was sent via Body Care Clinics and put in a formal written complaint, they didn't respond for 13 months!! Only until the FOS and trading standards got involved. Avoid at all costs in my experience.
Takes them a long time but you get there in the end! Staff are responsible and respectful, nice customer service.

Absolutely usless company, like Groundhog Day. Asking me for a contest form to sign and send to them, yet I’ve done this 7 times in the last 18 months. None of them have a clue what’s going on with your case and I’ve ended them acting on my behalf. Don’t waste you time with these lot.
