I recently paid a visit to Body Works in Leicester. Emma is an excellent physiotherapist. She quickly understood my needs and provided me very effective movements for my rotator cuff strength. She is very knowledgeable, kind and thinks out of the box solutions.
Brilliant first time here, I had a sports massage by Libby and she was patient with me and explained everything really well, talked through ways on how I can take care of myself. Overall a great first experience and definitely will be back.
If you have any muscle tension related to your upper back and neck, I recommend seeing Libby for a sports massage. She is very knowledgeable and applied just the right amount of pressure to comfortably release the muscle tension.
I am currently attending physiotherapy sessions with Hannah. She has been amazing and supportive towards my back injury recovery. Her exercise plans are personalised to my needs and they have helped me alot. I would definitely recommend Hannah for physiotherapy. In addition, I have also had sports message sessions with Libby. She has supported me through when my back pain was debilitating. She is very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. I would also recommend Libby for sports massage.
Fantastic treatment by Jo. My neck/shoulder problem is so much better after 4 sessions, avoiding the need for a steroid injection. Thank you so much for helping me
