I've always had tight muscle knots in my upper back and upper glutes but recently I've been having muscle pain in my lower arm and thumb. I booked in to see Nikki in Swansea and she was amazing! She knew exactly what to do and explained everything to me about the process prior to treatment. I've felt absolutely great today thanks to Nikki, will be booking in again soon
I have now had three different sessions with two different osteopaths and have found them both to be very professional during the assessment and treatment process. They have make me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Explained what was going to done and checked with me that I was happy for them to carry out the procedure. I have found that the treatments have relieved some of the pain I have been experiencing. Would recommend this service.
Cat is so skilled and knowledgeable about anatomy and cause and effect of body pain,every knot that caused pain in my shoulders, neck, back glutes have gone. Thank you very much Cat.
