I had a fantastic experience working with Toby at Bodylogic From the very start, the care and guidance I received for my patellar tendinopathy were exceptional. The rehab plan was clearly explained, tailored to my needs, and it really worked — I’ve made a full recovery thanks to Toby’s expertise and support.
I first went to Roisin with a shoulder injury but now go regularly for Pilates to stay in shape. I really like the combination of down to earth professional competence and the warm friendliness of everyone and I often recommend their services to friends.
Can’t thank Jack Bright enough! Had multiple upper body injuries and with his help, managed not only to continue but a year after completing the program, I’m now more active than before and pain free.
Roisin has been superb. I arrived at Body Logic unable to walk without pain, thanks to a hematoma on my right thigh. Two months later I completed the Antrim Coast Half Marathon in under 2 hours. I couldn't have done it without Roisin.
