Not only do these appointments target my sore spots and aid recovery, but Dani is also happy to offer professional advice and support focused on my all round performance and health. I would highly recommend Dani and the body health team- they’re super friendly and the atmosphere at the clinic is relaxed and puts you at ease.

Danielle is kind and approachable and has helped me with knee and leg problems, which are gradually improving. Visited here following a run to use the compression legs which are excellent. Really nice set up and very welcoming and relaxing environment. Have been back for a sports massage and had lots of follow up conversations with Danielle who is very caring and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going to back for a sports massage as well as discussing half marathon training.
