Was recommended Lisa from a friend who attends and I could not recommend her more. Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in her information. She showed me the problem areas on anatomical images and described step by step each part. I felt relief immediately after the appointment, and have been given some guidance and exercise advice for recovery. I will definitely visit again.
Lisa at Body Functionality massage therapy is amazing. She is fantastic at making you feel relaxed and revitalised after every treatment. I had a several full body massages throughout my pregnancy and Lisa made me feel so comfortable in safe and relaxing positions as my bump grew. Highly recommend.
