I cannot recommend highly enough. Ben was excellent,.instantly put me at ease, and pinpointed my shoulder problem. With just two sessions and excerises my shoulder improved massively. Thank you. I also really liked the fact that there was no pressure for continued appointments once he felt he had fixed my problem, which isn't always the case in other practices I have been to in the past.

Had a twisted ankle and problematic shoulder. Ben was brilliant at assessing me and gave me great advice, very managable exercises and confidence. Highly recommend.

My son had a serious break to his leg. We were at a total loss as to what was best to do and Ben was really kind, knowledgeable, supportive, reassuring and available to help us. He has held our hand in getting my son learning to walk again and I am so incredibly grateful.

I've only positive things to say about Body and Mind, and Christian. Having tried and failed with my private healthcare appointed physio, after a knee operation, i was in a very low place when i saw Christian. Over a 3 month period, Christian has been able to get me back cycling to the levels i wanted, and to improve my mental health no end.
