Such an amazing service. Had a go at sorting the problem myself, so of course messed it up! So lovely and didn’t say what a cock up I made.
Ross promptly sorted a leaking pipes issue, with a can do attitude that led to finding the source of the water escape (no mean feat!), rectifying the issue and advising us how to proceed from there and with whom in order that the problem wouldn't happen again. Professional, reliable and added bonus of being a really nice guy!
I had a broken flush and contacted BPH. Within 24 hours Ross was out (and on a Saturday) and had the problem fixed with a brand new part and no drama. Caused and left no mess, was exactly the price quoted and was friendly, polite and professional. Will use again for any plumbing work without hesitation :)
