This is a completely unprofessional and dishonest company. We did not use any of the cylinders, yet we were still charged. After selling our company, we no longer needed the cylinders, and we returned them unused and unopened. Despite this, the company has refused to refund our money. They took the cylinders back but kept our payment, which is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam

Very annoying.... Turned up just after 2pm, there was a lad locking the gate, told me they were closing because it was a bank holiday?! 01/07/24....
