My mum passed away almost 3 weeks ago. Need them to collect an oxygen concentrator and a small part used oxygen cylinder....3 times they've said they will collect it...3 times they haven't turned up. How difficult is it...drive the van to the property, knock on the door, collect gear, get back in van, drive off.
