Very knowledgeable helpful staff. Easy shopping experience
Really good experience. I went in almost a complete novice to welding needing a lot of help with equipment selection. Everything was explained really well and with a lot of patience. The gas bottle rental / returns /refill process was fully explained, doing a much better job than the website (the detail on the website is fragmented and hard to follow the process from beginning to end). Left feeling very please and well informed, I will be going back for my gas and welding supplies for sure.
Went in today for a exchange and some bits and was met buy a old guy with a big attitude. Not the 1st time I've delt with him either
The Basildon branch have a tendency of shutting early which is most annoying when trying to return bottles at the end of the month as it means another months rental costs!
