Bobby does a great job in all phases. Consultation on how to prep the house for curb view, critical target areas buyers look for, analysis of offers, etc...definitely the subject matter expert for the east Orlando area. There's a reason he gets those awards!

Bobby was awesome! We didn't have to worry about a third g. He even took care of issues that came up regarding the inspection that were minor, but may have derailed our closing date. He worked hand in hand with our lender and the sellers agent to make a super smooth transition.
