Don't even go to anyone else... Bobby is the one you want. He is simply amazing at what he does. Most knowledgeable realtor I've met. I live in Kentucky, owned a rental property in Orlando, FL and was ready to sell this property. Bobby Baldor was recommended to me by my Financial Advisor here in Kentucky as a very professional realtor with great integrity serving the Orlando area. He listed my property on May 16 and by May 18 I had two offers at my asking price. I accepted one of the offers and on June 15 the closing took place (without me having to travel to Florida). I couldn't have asked for an easier process or a more efficient person to work with.

Truly I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me purchase my first home. Seeing a friend go through the process freaked me out and with Bobby it was so smooth that I didn't want to tell anyone until I signed on the dotted line because I thought something wrong has to happen. He stays up-to-date with the latest market trends and regulations which helps when it comes time to scrutinize the paperwork and make sure you're getting the best deal possible. Mindlessly simple—the only way to describe our home buying process. Bobby is one of the best values in the CFL real estate market. We used a VA loan, which is notorious for delays and random hiccups. We were clear to close on the house of our dreams in under 30 days, thanks to Bobby’s experience and knowing exactly what was needed and when. We described to Bobby, in detail, the home we wanted for downsizing. Bobby helped us find exactly the home we were looking for, in a location we would never have considered. He made arrangements without us knowing it, then gave us a weekend homework assignment to visit the communities.
