Bobby picked up for us when another realtor couldn't get our home sold. It was a higher-priced home, but Bobby convinced us we had it priced too high to attract buyers, using market research and his background with appraisals, and that got things moving. He was patient as we fought through some inspection/roof issues, and guided us to the sale.

Where to start… not only is Bobby a veteran, but he is well known and liked within our community. He was able to find us our dream home as a pre-market listing and from there had a smooth three week close. I first met Bobby when we were looking to purchase a home after moving to Florida from out of state, not knowing anyone in real estate in the area. We closed 28 days later and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bobby went above and beyond making things right post-closing when the seller/selling agent dropped the ball on things. We are family! Bobby agreed to list my marital home which was being sold by court order, wherein he was listed as the agent. Saying it was messy is putting it very very mildly. For over a year, he had to communicate with multiple attorneys that were very litigous at times, and he appeared in court several times because of disputes between the sellers.
