Ben knew exactly what the problem was (firewall letting rain water come into car) and was able to get my car fixed and back to me! It was an expensive procedure but I was happy that it didn't take a week to diagnose then fix.

Everything was great as usual, but the funny thing was the day after I had the service completed, I received an email saying that we haven't seen you in awhile and offered me a discount on the service I got done. It figures that email and discount would come the next day. Timing is everything I guess.
I really appreciated Emanuel managing the communication with MaxCare regarding my warranty, I was expecting that to be a huge headache. He also did an awesome job overall, and got a lot of work done on my car in a short amount of time.
