well pleased the customer service and attention given to me and my escape.
Great, but I couldn't fix the rest of the work that my car needed because it was expensive for me.
Had a 2 PM appointment for oil change and got there at 1:45 PM. The car was serviced before the appointment time and also had another serviced performed in just over 1 hour. Since I was waiting for the Fusion to be serviced thought this was an excellent time.

Last 2 times I was there I had awful experience, this time was great due to Angelo, he was friendly, courteous, and updated me on status of my car often, even introduced me to the mechanic who would be working on my car. We need to purchase a new car next year and we decided not to buy Ford due to bad experience at this dealership both in sales and service department which is closest to our home.
