Everyone was courteous and helpful.
My sales reps Nor and Mars were great. Nor took the time to show me several vehicles, and I got to test drive two of them before deciding on a car. He was friendly, polite and answered all my questions. I drove to the dealership alone so after purchasing my Explorer, Nor and Mars graciously delivered my car to me at my home later that night. That was appreciated!!!
