I have owned 2 Ford Flex's Limited Models. The first a 2010, and that is where I first met Nelson your service writer. It had blown a water pump which had been misdiagnosed by another mechanic and the blown water pump introduced my engine to plenty of water via the timing chain. On a recommendation of a Mechanic who knew Nelson told me to take the car to Wondries Ford. Long story short Nelson took care of me got that job done costing over $2000 and I got another 30,000 miles out of the car and no leaks ---so now I have 2014 ... read more
