Never buy a used car from this dealership! My wife purchased a $30,000 used XC40 and it had defective tires that were unsafe to drive on. I noticed the problem and took to a nearby Volvo Dealer, Courtesy Volvo in ********** *******. Courtesy Volvo identified the defective tires and gave my wife a written inspection recommending the Arrowhead Volvo dealer replace the tires. Manager *********************** accused me of giving him a bad check, then called my family members informing them of my bad check. Turns out my check was fine and the error was on them for not endorsing the check. Totally irresponsible and outrageous to call around claiming my check bounced. No apology from *****, other services offered by higher up just caused more issues with the ***** NEW car, leading to me bringing it back about 10 times.
I have had numerous issues with this dealership. The main reason is the lack of care when an issue shows up. *** had car issues after issue and have to fight to get a response because if I let them do anything it will come back to me or take along time and anyone who knows that one day without a vehicle when its the only vehicle you have can cause havoc. Plus when its a safety problem they still need to argue the issue because its not their problem.
Very poor experience - agreed a sale and arranged finance only to be told by dealership that the Volvo XC 60 had a Check engine light on. This was a complete lie as they went ahead and sold it to another person without even letting us know for a complete day. Never buy a car here - Sales manager treats sales staff poorly and did not inform our salesman that they had sold our car that he had just negotiated with us.

Beware of this place and their business practices. We were purchasing a used Volvo SUV from them and they agreed to a final price and repairs, but when we sat down to go over the final cost they pushed us to purchase two different "optional" protection packages (which was expected), we choose the less expensive one to meet them half way, and then they changed the agreement and said they can no longer make a previously agreed to repair to the vehicle unless we purchased the more expensive protection package.
