Entered the facility and was greeted very nice. Offered water while waiting to be help. The transaction was quicker than expected.

After a long day of rigorous negotiation Jordan and Robert were able to put me in the EXACT car I wanted. I told them exactly what I needed in order to walk out with a new car that day and they made it happen. The finance manger, the sales manager, and all the other employees were all very helpful and supportive as well. I am very pleased with the purchase of my 2020 ** ******and hope to keep a great professional relationship over the next 3-5 years with my warranties and complete car package.
Bruce was very helpful. He knows more about Volvo’s Than any sales person I have dealt with since my 2006 V70. His patient explanation of all the gadgets and hi tech stuff was very helpful.
Great shopping experience. No pushy salesman or pressure to make our decision. Very transparent with the vehicle history and gave us a great dealer warranty. Overall, we’re very happy with the car we bought and would love to buy from here again in the future!

Easy to work with the sales staff during this pandemic. After initial contact there was immediate follow through with a sales person promptly contacting us to arrange for an appointment to view the car we were considering. Appointment time agreed upon was reason able and the sales staff worked with us without applying pressure - that we normally associate with car sales persons; we appreciate that.
