Extremely disappointed.Sold me a problem car. I over paid to buy a car from a (good dealer) turns out overpaying many thousands and getting a car they damaged in service. They won't fix it even though they said they would....!!!! Not standing behind the poor car they sold me.It was for my daughter.. 2 weeks and they gave up and told me to buy a different car and only want to give me 1/3 of what I paid for this car a few months ago!@@!!Need to speak to owner or pursue lawsuits.

I was able to locate online and knew exactly which vehicle I was looking for when I arrived at the dealership. Take your car to get fixed anywhere but this place. More than a month in advance, I scheduled an appointment to finally get my van looked at. The appointment was scheduled for five days ago so I brought my van to them and figured theyd start working on it soon. Fraudulent practices. ******** had me submit twelve months of bank statements and ****s for my loan to his personal email account instead of a safe dealership account and now Ive had multiple scam alerts on myself. I have many more illegal practices that occurred. I left multiple messages for management with no response. Finally when I called the tenth time I alerted them of the violations that occurred they now refuse to discuss saying I threatened them legal actions.
Sold me A car with bad engine and have purchased a warranty for the vehicle. The dealer or the warranty company want to repair the vehicle.
We purchased a 2017 V60 from Concord Volvo, and they even kindly offered to pick my girlfriend up to bring her to the dealership to finalize the transaction. Issues began when nobody contacted her about the pickup time and they showed up nearly three hours late, after telling us they'd be there around 9 am. After finding child care and a half day of work was missed, the car was purchased, in cash.
