The worst sales and customer service I have ever received from a Volvo dealer in my 54 years. Volvo items purchased with the vehicle still have not been installed after nearly six months. It is my opinion that they only included them with the purchase to get the sale and never had any intention of actually installing the items I paid for. I also have warranty work identified over four months ago that has not been resolved. I just want the items I paid for and the warranty repairs fixed.

I bought a car from this dealership on 3/26 and 5 weeks later it is still not fixed and undrivable. I have been lied to and told they will not fix my car until I have my mother remove a negative ****** review. To this date, I have not had the car in my possession for more than 3 days. I just want a resolution to this problem and I want my down payment back so I can purchase a car that actually works.

I brought my vehicle into Volvo Cars Westport for routine maintenance and I waited for over three hours for a service that was not supposed to take longer than an hour and a half. The result was; there was grease all over the drivers' side door handle and steering wheel, they did not top off any of the fluids and they damaged my vehicle. When the vehicle came back from the body shop, there was still visible damage that they have yet to fix.

Go to a different car dealership. My daughter came in with a preapproval Suncoast credit union, and when the card that she looked at was more than she was approved, ******, they took it upon themselves to pay for an additional loan for the amount that she needed for the car which is not what they told us they told us they were going to ask Suncoast to a salon that she had already been approved for. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY. We are out of state and put down a deposit to hold a truck and were informed by two employee's ******************* in sales, and also ******************************* in internet sales, that our deposit would hold the truck while we waited on THEM to provide additional pictures. Our deposit was taken on Friday, and they sold the truck out from under us on Sunday. One sale manager tells me the sold sign was pressure washed off, what a JOKE! I found a Maverick truck online and spoke with the Tasca Ford of ******* internet specialist. He led me to believe that if I came down there today, I could buy the truck for the sticker price. He said things like, " you would have to talk with the manager, ****, but I don't see why not, he just sold one to a lady for just $1000 over sticker." Worst car purchasing experience ever.
