I notified the Dealer I was traveling over 4 hours to purchase the vehicle and was assured it would all be ready. When I arrived we took the Jeep for a test drive and I discovered a noticeable vibration and pulling to the right. I requested a balance and an alignment. 6 hours later the car was ready! I believe they should have had it full serviced, fueled, cleaned and 100% ready to go. Trying to sell a vehicle that clearly required maintenance was concerning, but overall I am delighted with my purchase.
Called the dealership SEVERAL times regarding this vehicle, even told them who I was prequalified with and to be honest i think this is why I got the run around I got. After informing them who I was working with for financing I was told that I would get a call back if the vehicle was still there. After not hearing form anyone on the day we wanted to drive down I called back myself and the vehicle was out on an extended test drive ,no problem. I just bought this Tahoe from Bob Penkhus! I love it!! My sales man Jeff was very friendly and helped out a lot!! They have a fantastic staff!
A very unpleasant and unproductive experience. 3 email exchanges with the sales Rep - the last one 3 hours before we showed up. And surprisingly the vehicle we were interested (and on CarGurus for over 150 days) sold right before we arrived. The sales Rep asked if we received his email that the car was sold - there was no email in my mailbox. We will not go back to this dealer.
Very pleasant experience. Salesperson, Andrew Jaramillo, very nice young man, answered all questions and took care of everything.

Drove to the Springs to test drive this truck and it wasn't worth our time. It drove great, but was lacking a tow receiver and had what looks to be minor rust on various parts under the hood. All that and the dealer would not budge at all on price (and were cash buyers). Their loss. We found a brand NEW truck in TX for only $1k more.
