The dealer was very fair. I did not finance through them, but they still asked for my information. I found that a little irritating. Otherwise, however, the dealer was really, really good. I had the car inspected by my service mechanic. He recommended tires that matched. I asked for that and the dealer promised me two to match the two already on the car that did match. He actually gave me four. That was very nice. They were late having the car ready, so the dealer delivered the car to my house later that afternoon. That was ... read more

Although I never got down to Colorado Springs, their email communications to me were timely and helpful. Any best of all when I contacted them that I bought a car from another dealer, they took the news graciously and have not tried to burden me with unnecessary additional emails.
I came ready to buy and it was fast and easy... The only thing that bugged me was attention to detail. They didn't top of the gas or replace the damaged wiper blades but overall fair experience.
they need to get their act together. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle but it had not been properly repaired sionce they had acquired it. Also, they tried to charge me 1% higher on an auto loan than what I could get myself with a credit score of 818. I suppose they thought they could make up for a lower slaes price by adding a spread to the interest rate. But I work for a bank and I know how the game works.
car did not have air condition and the day I went there was over 90 degrees and that was my reason for not buying the car...
They get back to you and work with you all the way
