Horrible experience! Made the deal online for my sister whom lives out of state. She drove all the way to colorado with a check and the car was dirty, oil wasn't changed, it smelled, and had 2 dents down to the metal. We were going to walk but they "promised" to fix it. She extended her stay and picked up the car 3 days later. Not only was the work not completed, but they haphazardly slapped on paint where the dents were, this entire experience was HORRIBLE. Very good experience dealing with these guys. Didn't try to hide anything all fees are up front. Would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them. Good job guys..
Ended up buying a 2017 Dodge Ram (crew cab). Good customer service, price as described (great deal) with just a little negotiating. Damian (sales rep) and Patrick (manager) are great at customer service and closing the deal.
Good contact and assistance on the phone though I did not go there.
Dealer will give you what your car I worth no nonsense the manager and I talked for a bit and discovered while he could give me excellent trade value we probably couldn't make a deal. Son i didn't waste any ti,e or money coming to the dealership for the same old run around. I would deal with them again

It took me 3 times and having to email the manager to get a straight answer to my question. "What was their price for the car?" Simple question and I expected a straight forward simple answer. This is just one of the reasons I hate dealing with car dealers.
