I was approved for this car. They strung me along for three days so the could sell the car to the salesman relative after collecting all my personal information through texts and emails I’ll be reporting them just case they use my personal information very unprofessional

I contacted this dealership, sent in my application for a vehicle with a pre approval. The sales associate told me he would run my information in the morning and get everything ready, I had an appointment set and he didn’t even come to work that day. They sold the vehicle the next morning before my appointment and never contacted me. I drove almost 2 hours to complete my paperwork and no one was even there.
