If i could give a zero I would. They have done absolutely nothing to solve my problems with the 1 year old couch i have completely falling apart. Nor do they care. Now they want me to bring it to them. Yes me.... to rent a U-Haul, figure out a way to lift an entire couch on my own and bring it to them. This place is a joke

*** Mills Furniture is a joke ! They advertise no shopper stalkers ,but they wait at the door like buzzards . We bought leather furniture and paid over $4800 for the set .It was bought on 05/20/2021 and they didn't deliver until 07/17/2021 .The dog scratched the supposed leather furniture and I have a protection plan but of coarse it doesn't cover that . Even tho I asked before purchase if it was covered and the salesman said yes .Guess what that salesman doesn't work there anymore . So the loveseat lasted one month . What a... read more

Not happy! Will NOT purchase anything else from *** Mills! Recliner isnt even a year old and is tearing up.Mattress was lopped sided the day we received it. Called to get it replaced as we were told had a 10 year warranty on it as long as the mattress protector was on and no stains. They REFUSE to replace because they sold a AS IS mattress to us WITHOUT informing us! Yes we signed a receipt without fully reading and that is our mistake. Buyers Beware.....Where do I start? First, I bought the worst mattress for my child that was of course top dollar for and a year later the springs started to come through the mattress and cut her. Then they lie and force you to buy a warranty that covers absolutely NOTHING!!! After emailing ***** from the ******** center numerous times she repeatedly lied about ordering a piece to my bed that had broken due to their defect of it being too thin to even hold my headboard, that I begged about for over a month. We purchased a new electric bed. The head elevating feature stopped working a few weeks after delivery. We notified via certified mail both our sales person as well as corporate representative for repairs at *** Mills Furniture ******** Headquarters to no avail.*** Mills is an advertising machine in local TV markets, but provides poor follow up service for what they sell. Based on our experience, Im not surprised *** Mills Furniture is not BBB Accredited!

Horrible **************** on Repairs and Warranty Claims. Purchased items in *****, repairman comes from ***. Rude **************** ***** **** Friendly Sales ********* only star is for our Salesperson. She was Great. Do the math.

Purchased warranty for furniture. The piece has never worked since day one. Arrived not working. Purchase furniture in March received mid April its August and still not fixed . Their communication is terrible. Requested a minimum of 20 times to update phone number on account and they failed to do so. The techs do what they can but whoevers taking in information Doesnt follow through. They have sent out two different techs for the same thing in which someone has to be home to let them in and takeoff work to do so. The last te... read more

Been waiting 7 months to get a part under warranty!!! Bought a power recling sofa in Aug 20. Motor went out Jan 21. Today is 9 Aug and still no part. Do the right thing *** Mills and replace my sofa....I spent over $10K that day when I bought it.

My wife and I were shocked at the star rating we see. We give this wonderful company 5 gold stars for outstanding service. Its great not to be stalked when we were browsing and when we finally made out selections, *** was pleased to help. We got a great deal on quality furniture and the freebies were nice too. All in all, this is a great place to shop and we will return when another furniture need arises.
