My spouse and I purchased a Lazy Boy chair that cost $1426. It was reported as being new. They wanted to charge $150 for delivery and $250 for insurance. We told them we were not going to pay the $150 or the $250. They begged until we were drained of strength. We are into the 7th decade of life. We told them that they were causing us distress and they should stop the pressuring but they did not. when we got our chair the prone for the automatic reclining was broken{missing}. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. We spent over $4,000 on a bed with the extended warranty and have received no help. The adjustable foundation bent. We sent the pictures required showing the depression in the mattress and were told that it did not meet requirements and not the stated required depth. I tried to "re-send" a picture showing the specified + depth clearly and the message was returned to me saying that the ticket had been closed. Do not buy from this company.

We bought sectional just October 2021 and bought the furniture care plan that was $400! The sales pitch was no matter what happens, tear or spills that they would either clean, repair and if that did not work replace at no cost to us! No hassle!! Well after 6 weeks filing a claim due to coffee spills accents lit down front and side they wont do anything because they cant see a stain in the pictures of which they required. Buyer beware of the insurance they sell NO GOOD!

*** Mills is not reputable. We bought a mattress from their store a few years ago. It has been the worst mattress we have ever slept on and cost about $2200. Dont buy anything from *** Mills company ever! Its a scam.

They DO NOT stand behind what their salesmen tell you at the time of purchase. They lead you to believe you have instore credit until you go to use it.

*** MILLS FURNITURE is currently running a TV ad, ( Channel 8, ***** **) stating they have a mattress that will alleviate scoliosis pain. This is insulting to those patients that have suffered with scoliosis and are being lied to. The company should immediately discontinue the false advertising.

Specifically was looking for furniture in-stock. Bought a bedroom suite, was available for delivery the next week. Received call that the chest was damaged en route. Asked if the floor model could be sold but never received an answer. Was told that none of their locations had this chest. Salesman we dealt with was checking with manufacturer's rep, was told he would have an answer for me by the end of the day, no answer.
