Our 3 piece living room set was purchased through the Odessa, TX store after much research. I knew exactly what I wanted. The salesperson I dealt with was friendly & professional but not pushy. The set was delivered today so I can't speak to its longevity but I love it. I was kept current on the delivery schedule every step of the way. ******* was very helpful without being pushy. The 2 guys who delivered and set up the bedroom set were very careful with the bedroom set when bringing it into the house and up the stairs. They made sure to protect it and my doorways, walls and chandeliers. Plus they were friendly. These 3 men were awesome and I will return not only for the great furniture but the amazing help.

Overall great consumer experience. Starting with shopping at the store to first class delivery of our purchase....very positive experience. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful.

Delivery and set up of my new mattress and adjustable frame was good. The two guys were efficient and removed all trash along with my old mattress, box springs, and bed rail. Anxious to try the bed and see how it sleeps.
We were treated great at the *** Mills Store in *******, **. ******* was great! We are still adjusting to our new mattress & adjustable frame, but think we are going to love it. Great people to work with!
