Extremely poor customer service regarding insurance claim. They do not back up the pruducts. Communication is extremely difficult or impossible.

We have spent just over $4,000 on mattresses from *** Mills/Kingsdown *** and they don't want to replace them . The mattresses are ripping all around. They came to exchange one mattress and because my husband had surgery and got a stain they could not replace it. I get that, but the second mattress that came with it is tearing as well and they want me to pay $120 so they can repair it. The office manager had agreed to replaced it but is avoiding my calls. Beware they sell very low made quality furniture to you. I bought sofa and loveseat for $3000. Both sofa and love have a tear on all corner from unfinished sewing. They exchange for me 3 time but each time they bring in the new exchange they still got a tear on it. I am trying to get my refund backb return they **** low made funiture to them. And go somewhere else. The customer is very bad they give you turnaround or hang-up on you

We have spent just under $8000 at this point and are on a 4th mattress from this company starting July 2019. Three of the mattresses had a dip in them within months. One arrived wet and the delivery guys tried to tell me that was condensation from the truck. At first, I thought they were great since they were quick to call back and help. Turns out they just took more money to replace a bad product that was "a discontinued model." The company is unresponsive at this point. I ordered a bedroom set on January 17th and received 2 dressers in March. Here it is the end of June and still haven't received my bed. They have changed the delivery date 6 times. Their excuse is *****. I understand ***** has caused some problems but they **** sure didn't tell me about *** delays when they swiped my bank account for$ 7000.00. I do not recommend them to anyone."

We purchased the furniture protection program for our table and chairs that we bought in 2018. The finish on the table started to come off so we contact *** ****************** to have them resolve the issue. They came out and picked up our table. When they took the table apart my wife provided them a zip lock back to store the parts. (*** to the story later)Two months go by and we do not hear anything about our table. Bought floor room sectional and after it was delivered I noticed this on one of the chairs. On June 4th, I immediately contacted *** Mills and spoke to Amber. Amber informed me that I had the option to get a replacement piece or have a technician come out. Today (June 7, 2021) Amber does not call me but emails me that they do not have this piece in stock anymore. We purchased the furniture as is but this piece was bought separately with the sectional. If I could give them a half a star, I would! Horrible service starting with delivery! ******** was *******! Furniture is subpar. I bought a whole house full of furniture for my new home20,000 worth. I gave them a date when I had to move into my new home and was promised the furniture would be delivered on that date.
