Horrible delivery experience. Will never buy from *** Mills again. We waited months for the initial couch we selected and the drivers showed up many hours late from the estimated time slot. Let me start off with, I had a wonderful sales experience, but it stopped there. I bought my furniture on March 15th, they were running a promotion where I bought a king sized bedroom set (dresser, mirror, headboard, footboard, and nightstand) and we were to get the chest and a mattress free. Bought 2 bedroom sets at the beginning of March I received one set, 10 days later, My daughter's bedroom set, which we purchased because the **** was flooded and ruined everything she had, She's 8 and has been living on the sofa since March. Not only did our table come with missing hardware making it impossible for the leaf insert to work properly, but it was the wrong height and I had already purchased the bar stools separately at another place of business. When this was brought up to the guys in the back loading up the table, they assured us it was the right one, dismissing my adamant concerns! so I bought a twin over full bunk about year and half ago worst mistake ever first I paid to have them delivered and set up had old bed sold day it was supposed to be delivered ended up showing up a week later i also had to go pick up hardware from store and finish assembling the bed then about three months ago the side rail broke got told that the warranty I purchased didn't cover that part so I had to throw a new bed away I will never buy anything from. Them again as I will tell all my friends and family the same thing"

We regret the frustration the consumer experienced, however, the facts are incorrect. The bed was purchased 2 years ago and had a one year warranty. The bed is not new. The "warranty" purchased was not a warranty, but a protection plan that has specific requirements that need to be met to be covered and those requirements were not met.
I purchased a sectional with power recliners about 4 or 5 months ago. I had to wait 3 weeks to get it when I got it home one of the plugs to the recliners is not put on right so the lock that's on the plug wont lock the two plugs together so when you try and us the recliner it comes unplugged. I bought furniture for all my house about $18,000 and I bought insurance to repairer for any damage, and because of the corvid I did not call I have my matters I bought for $6,000 not working right and one of my couch the leather changed cooler and both cover with my insurance, I got email back that my claim was denied from the insurance because I have cumulation of damage, so if you want to bye more than one items from them make sure you buy each one alone deferent name then the will owner your claim BAD DEAL TO BUY INSURAN... read more

We regret the consumers feelings about the protection plan purchased. The paper work is clear on what is covered and what is not, and in reviewing the claim with the third party administrator, the claim was denied for the correct reasons- multiple issues reported all at once and not as they occurred. The plan is not insurance, nor is it an extended warranty, and as such, it has limitations.
