Three years ago, we purchased a Franklin **** leather electric love seat recliner on sale, and paid $2553.61. The salesperson told us it was "top of the line". The love seat was, in the beginning, comfortable but after a few months the 'copper laced" cushion began to loose its firmness. First of all, let me explain the two stars. For one, they are a retail store that is open and have beds to offer! Thats all they get! C??A??U??T??I??O??N?? DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, buy a bed from here! If you buy a bed from here and it gives you a bad experience you will be stuck with it! They will not take it back under no circumstances!! What a horrible furniture store to have to deal with. We purchased a complete Living room set in October 2021, paid cash for it then shortly after we started having problems with the leg lift mech. December the part was supposedly ordered in January and we have yet to receive a good date as to when it is due in and when it will be installed. We have tried to get something firm from them but it is the same excuse every time, "We are waiting on delivery from the manufacture". Do not buy from them. I bought a complete set of furniture from them in late march. Less than a week later one of the pieces broke then the second piece. Finally was able to get them to respond to the service email. I paid the money for the warranty so Im covered. Took almost a month to get them to come look at the furniture to tell me what I had already known the motors were bad. The service tech left said he would file for the parts and get them in. Do not do business here! My husband and I ordered an end table and they told us it was in stock. Their definition of in stock is at their warehouse. The sales **** *** told us it would be at the store in 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolls around and they tell us it will be the next month before they have it in. Every single month it is the same thing, they call and tell us it will be in the following month. 9 MONTHS LATER and it still is not in. Every month they do this. April 2021 my wife and I bought a Leather Sofa Chair and Ottoman. As of June 2022 the finish on the chair is peeling on the headrest. *** Mills Furniture will not even attempt to repair it being that they do not work with the distributer of my group anymore. Now I am stuck with a living room set I would rather just have my money back on. I will NEVER entertain purchasing anything from *** Mills ever again,

Do not buy from this company, they sold me a broken massage chair. I had purchased the warranty but when I called cozzia, they told me I had no warranty. When I proved that I had paid for the warranty, they said they couldn't honor it and sent my finance company $267 back for what I had paid for the warranty. Terrible quality and they know it because they have a 5 day return policy. Even they know by day 6 you're in trouble. How is this place still in business?! Total fraud. They lied about what our sofa was made out of, they lied about stain resistance on the rug. There is none. It soaks it up and never, never, under any circumstances lets the stain go.Total rip off! My husband and I went in and bought a brand new sectional couch and a 9 ft dining room table with chairs and benches. We were putting the chairs together and discovered that one of them was made incorrectly with the drill holes in the wrong spot.
