I will never buy anything from this company again!!!!! Their finance department are criminals. They make outrageous fees and charges on your account. I've made double payments every month. My bank made an error with one payment and rejected it. I immediately took care of the issue and paid the past due amount in full. The finance dept lowered my credit limit resulting my credit score taking a huge hit. Thanks a lot Bob Mills you suck;!<br /> <br /> <br />
I had a chair delivered that 2/9/23, was out of town for four days, and the chair backing ripped at the seam on 2/25/23. Everything about this chair was screwed up from the very beginning, starting with the delivery which was at the leisure. The chair is made for 500 lb and I weigh not close to that and it has ripped and the back goes into recline with the tiniest amount of pressure. Never, ever, ever, ever, order from here. I have been very happy with our couch however, this is the 2nd time that it stops working. It was a final sale and the warranty is over however, I contacted them asking if I could get it repaired (paying for the service of course). Their furniture is trash, service is a complete JOKE. We have gotten nothing but the run around since we purchased 2 chairs from them in August. They do not care!!! They lie and say the extended warranty covers anything and it covers nothing that you will need. They say it will be 3 weeks and its 4 months. They refuse to give you any other contacts except support so that you can get a problem resolved. We purchased a adjustable bed from Bob Mills less than a year ago. It came with a warranty. The frame bent and made the bed unusable. We contacted Bob Mills and they sent us to bed tech. After months of back and forth emails and telephone calls, they issued a credit. Bed Tech said we could could dispose of the frame. We put it out in the terminator (large trash pick up) When I went down to pick up the frame, they refused to give it to us without the old frame. It was the greatest of ease to purchase and the salesman seemed really nice. ************** will never forget his name.
