Called the service department yesterday morning as the tailgate would not shut and lock. First available appointment was Wednesday. Asked if there was anyway to get it looked at before then as I needed my car for the weekend and couldn’t drive it with the tailgate not secured. Was told I could drop it off but would not guarantee when it would be looked at and that the first appointment was on Wednesday. Asked if I could get a loaner. Nope. No loaners available.
