Bought a brand new 2019 ram bighorn. Service was awesome and Gordy Stevens was a great salesman. No pressure and kept trying to find me the best deal. With the ever changing rebates, he kept searching for new ones. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. I highly recommend all the people I worked with. I will definitely be back there.

I am so disappointed in my experience at this dealership today!!! I was contacted by there internet manager(Alycia) when I went on there website just looking .,. Unfortunately I clicked on some link that set me up a day later with an appointment and a promising deal !!! While trying to negotiate a deal via text, (we had already been into the dealership to talk in person), the salesperson was calling out another dealer that we had also spoke too calling them liars and fake. Also the payment amounts kept changing from the start of the texts to the end. We were not being listened to as to what our financial needs were, and felt slightly bullied. Just to start I have purchased over 20 ordered vehicles in the last 35 years so I know what I want and don't want to listen to sales people telling me all the things I already know, also listen to their script with me knowing more than their poor training. All I received from the sales manager was what he couldn't do for me...not what he could do. This dealership seems like they bully you and talk down to you.
