Made an appointment was on time took over an hour and 45 mins to balance my tires for them to tell me they can’t balance them horrible customer service if appointment was made shouldn’t the car/ truck be brought in to be worked on? Not brought in and back out the back door to sit for another hour ? I will be telling all my friends and family not to come here

I'm 70yrs old and bought a lot of vehicles from different dealers, and never had such a Great experience than dealing with Bob Mariano. Alicia Mambro met me at the door and just an hour and a half, I was on my way home with a new Ram truck. There were no games of running back and forth with the manager. Alicia gave me a price that I thought was great, and we signed the deal. I can't say enough good things about how well everything worked out. I highly recommend Bob Mariano !!
