I am sure there are positive aspects of this dealership however my only experience is with the service department. First of all it 2 weeks to get an appointment, OK maybe a good sign that they are busy. But then they call me and say " we have to open the engine and don't know how long we will have it". I called 3 times and tried to get more info and a loaner seeing as it is warranty work (which a a different Jeep dealership I received a loaner car when they replaced my transmission) and everyone one I spoke to was cold and s... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM... If you're in the market for a new car I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Sales man (Jeff) and Finance Manger (Bob) are both typical and are only out to make a quick buck. In my recent purchase they did nothing but push for a fast transaction and even after multiple times of bring told NO I'd like to think about it. If you have to do business at this dealer STAY AWAY from both of these guys. Over all I recommend to SHOP ELSEWHERE.
