I owned a '89 Jeep Wrangler for 22 years until it finally fell apart, and when I decided it was time for a new one, I wanted what I wanted. I went in for some safety recalls on my 2014 Ram. I asked for number if I traded it in. The numbers were where I wanted to be. Jeff Rosen was great throughout the whole buying process. So I walked out with a new 2019 Ram.
Just had the best experience ever with some issues that Billy Pike in service, and the President Brian Duval took care of for me. I would definitely recommend them and I am looking forward to getting a new truck someday soon!
Great selection of Ram trucks , took a little time to find what I wanted but it turned out great.
I am not sure about the sales side, but DO NOT take your vehicle to them for service. They are underhanded, they took TWO WEEKS to cut and program a simple key, (that's after they did it wrong TWICE), and my vehicle was damaged afterwards and they took no responsibility. I gave them one star because i couldn't give them less. If it takes them two weeks to make a key i can't imagine how long it would take them to do other things.
They were great to work with and the process of buying a car easy!!
