Hired to solve problem leak, advised roof needed replaced. When job was completed, it looked aesthetically worst AND the leak was still not fixed. Multiple visits and attempted fixes and problem was still not solved. No attempt to agree that roof looks a mess. Stated new lead was used when you can clearly see the old was reused, large amounts of silicone filler used as attempted quick fix.
