We’ve used them for service for years. Today we were very disappointed. I had to finally call to see if my vehicle was ready. It had been ready for 45 minutes and he failed to call. This meant we traveled in 5 o’clock traffic to pick it up. We had spent 500 on services and unlike every other time the vehicle was not washed. My biggest issue was I had explained my husband was high risk and we needed to limit contact. RecommendedI recommend Bob Howard Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle that wants respect and to avoid harassment. They heard what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. Not only did they sell me my new love but they diligently help me take care of her. They makes sure my oil changes and tire rotation happen on time even on weekends. My car is always returned washed. The only thing they can do to make me happier is vacuum it also. Thank you Bob Howard Toyota

We purchased a new Rav 4 last year here and have used there service department for that vehicle and my high mileage Tundra. Very happy with sales and service department. Current service advisors are great but really miss Amy. She was the best. Need to recruit her back.
