I don't typically leave reviews but I feel this one is warranted. I purchased a used Bi fuel Chevy 2500 HD truck from Bob Howard Toyota. They said it had a few issues and they would cover those repairs in the purchase price. We agreed on a price, I paid and left the truck for repair. It took about 10 days. On the way home after picking up the truck it began making a disturbing clunk and shudder from the drive train, my head light was out and the CNG system wasn't working. Don Nelson is a great salesman, he treated us right from the start. However I was looking to trade in my vehicle and was able to take a new tundra home that evening cause I figured we’d have a deal, 2 weeks later I finally get a call saying they found a lender and I needed to sign paperwork, well the deal fell through. 3 days later after having my vehicle for 2 weeks, they came to my work to drop my vehicle that was for the trade and they took the tundra back, but while in their possession, they broke the outside door handle... read more
