RecommendedMy experience at the Bob Howard Toyota service department was very good. I dropped off my Four Runner for routine maintenance. My service advisor Royce called me to go over the tests they did and the things that needed attention. No high pressure just good advice!
We booked a time of 2:00pm The wait was long. Very long. But the service advisor, Lukas Neubauer, could not have been nicer. Very attentive and apologetic for the wait. My vehicle requires more service. He prioritized service needed. I explained that I needed to discuss services with husband because of the expense. He said that they would be willing to work with us, he could throw in a coupon if needed. He went above and beyond. Appreciate Bob Howard Toyota!
I was treated great by the Bob Howard sales department. Bob Goss, Sales Manager, and Dylan Nguyen, Sales Professional, took care of all our needs. We got the vehicle we wanted, 2020 Highlander Platinum, even though it hadn't even arrived yet. Highlander left Friday 4/17/20 for service30,000 miles with 26170 miles. Checked and new tires. Great job as always. Back when due or if problem. Happy way runs and with dealer.
I happily drive the extra few miles to BHT for service/questions instead of my nearest Toyota dealer (a stone’s throw) that I would rather not name. Have come here for close to 12 years now. Every time I have come here, even with my parents way back in 2008 as a 12 year old, we/I have been given nothing but respect, professionalism, and honesty.
