Went to Bob Howard specifically on February 14 to get the free car wash. How ever all the paperwork said they did it and the representative said they did it, clearly they did not. He didn’t even clean the windows. It was horrible. I can’t believe they lied. And yes I took photos. Now, I wonder if they really changed my oil I paid for.
