RecommendedWent in for regular maintenance oil change today. George met me at my car and took over from there. I went inside and had cookies and played in my iPad. When they were finished George explained everything and even escorted me back to my car. Very nice service here. Will definitely be back there.
The service department is exceptional and all their people very knowledgeable. They are always ready to serve the customer. Thanks for such a good experience.
It was my first time to use Bob Howard Toyota and I will use them again! I called at 9:00 am to have a recall fixed and my car was finished at 1:00 pm! They had a Uber take me back to work as well as pick me up to get my car!! They are GREAT!! The service dept was the best!!

My car sales man walked off USMC guy sad that I forgot his name, but the sales manager Taylor was better but I did not feel comfortable having a conversation with you. The only person I got along well with was Shawn finance man
Scott was amazing! He worked at bob Howard Honda but knew beforehand I wanted a Toyota 4 runner, and made it happen stayed late to make sure also. I not only have one new vehicle but two! He’s was simply the best to work with.
So I got a pre-approved auto loan, found a car I wanted to buy, and contacted BH Toyota. The salesman, Wesley, was punctual and friendly. I asked him for certain things during the course of the transaction that did not happen. Those things are minor in nature. Bottom line, they had a vehicle I wanted, worked with me mostly over the phone to minimize the time spent at the dealer, and were fair on price.
