110% recommend Bob Howard if you’re in the market for a vehicle! Most of you know I LOVE my 2015 4Runner that I purchased last summer. They were SO easy to deal with and I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time when getting my car serviced at the dealership for oil changes and a recall. Jeremy McCormick was my sales man last year and Mark Munson is a service advisor I’ve dealt with. No complaints at all. ☺️
Initially had a hiccup on my new truck purchase. Bob Howard Toyota bent over backwards to work with me and came up with a solution. 110% satisfied. Would HIGHLY recommend BHT. Count me as a highly satisfied customer, and will be back!
Pay attention and listen to the customer. While they are not untruthful they do play bait and switch and as less than forthright! Overall UNDERWHELMING
We purchased our 4-runner with BHT and that process was great. We were rear ended and decided to give Bob Howard business back by letting them do very minor repairs. This has been ongoing for 2 months and they cannot get the right part. My wife has had to take time away from work to go in there and get sent back home due to the wrong part. Then they said they did not have the additional check and it turns out that they did. Well now the check is lost so we are going to have to do the whole thing again.
