RecommendedThey simply made a bad situation great. I bought a 2015 Dodge Ram from them , my water pump went out and it’s still under warranty. I called Them to see if i could get it replaced, their new employee wasn’t aware that the extended warranty company was on open on Saturdays so i went to another shop. Well in order to get a full refund on the work getting done the shop should’ve called the warranty company, they didn’t do this so the extended warranty won’t refund me. Worst customer service after the sale. This place has a horrible lack of communication I would never buy another vehicle from these people. No one seems to know what’s going on nor will you get a call back from the person who says they will call you back.
The warm welcome upon entering the parking lot. My salesman Mr.Larry Naff very professional not a pushy salesman not to mention the management staff awesome the finance department excellent job as well.
Thorough and honest. I also LOVE that you can take an Uber at their expense instead of waiting for your car!
