RecommendedBought a new set of tires for our 13 Sienna back in 2017. Gave me a good deal. Had to replace one of them this week. Sean helped me and got an exact replacement for less than quoted and done in a day. Bob Howard service always rocks.
The sales people were fine. However, the finance person was dishonest. I do not use credit (I just pay my bills on time), so he said I had to pay a 23% interest rate. This was despite the fact that I had paid off my last Toyota one year early. Then, after making me wait for an hour or so, he said I could have a lower rate, but only if I bought an extended warranty. Took our 2018 Toyota Camry in for a minor recall and found out we were eligible for a free oil change. They were fast, efficient and extremely helpful.
Service was done well. Only issue is even with an appointment it took over an hour and a half for a 10,000 mile service.
***************If your a woman and in the market for a car steer clear of Bob Howard auto group . If it’s got Bob Howard in the name turn around and go anywhere else for your vehicle purchase. They sold my sister a vehicle at the end of February and since she has had it they have had it more then she has had it. She just got to go pick it up again on Thursday June 13th and had to take it right back to them Friday June 14th. This is the 6th time in 3months she has had to take it to them. He worked his magic until we was comfortable with the payments we could afford and the car we wanted.
