Service advisor was rude. Oil change still takes 2 hours when you make an appointment. Someone needs to get better at scheduling it has become this way every time. Looking for another dealer or shop.
DO NOT BUY from this dealer if you are out of state. I will be penalized in Mississippi by the DMV because this dealer in particular will not release the proper paperwork even though they have USAA funds guaranteed. I have purchased many new vehicles and never once had a dealer hold title info for over 10 days in this situation. I took delivery of my new Tacoma at night and found the next day that it had a dent on the upper portion of the door. I’ve had enough. RecommendedI can’t thank David, Taylor and Vaughn enough for all the hard work they did in getting me into my 09 4Runner. Yes, it took all blessed day with a few hiccups integrated, but I left in the car I wanted and THAT is what mattered the most. I can’t wait to do business with you once the wheels fall off.
