Purchased my second brand new RAV4 for Bob Howard Toyota in January. Brought the vehicle in this morning for my first service appointment. After driving into the service bay, I sat for over ten minutes without as much as an acknowledgement of my presence from any employee or service technician. I watch was employee after employee walked past my parked vehicle to assist other customers who arrived after me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM THIS CAR LOT AT ALL!!!! I wouldn't even take the car if they gave it to me!!!! my sister and single mother bought a car from this place and it has been in the shop more than she has had it in her position. Then she has 5 kids in her care and she needs a SUV and they put her in a camery!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? She has nothin but problems out of these people!! I would NEVER have thought that such a "highly" recommended car lot would do such a good person!!!
