After moving to Edmond, I was worried about this mega-dealership because large, unaccountable places try to upsell. Of course, that happened. First, a basic oil change managed to take over two hours. Then, four "services" were suggested, even though I had completed two of them at Toyota dealerships in 2019. Finally, mask law adherence was very poor. RecommendedIn the midst of a frustrating situation with my car not starting the kindness and friendliness with which the service dept staff handled everything on the phone made it a little easier to handle. The safety precautions during COVID 19 in the customer waiting area was top notch. From hand sanitizer, to social distancing, and masks it made for a safe environment. Service advisor, John Munn, was friendly, courteous and made sure we were keep aware of the progress of our maintenance check. He made sure our request for a car wash was also taken care of.
